Registration & Course Policy

Please carefully read our registration and course policies before making the payment.

Refunds/ Transfer/ Withdrawal

  1. A full refund will be given in the unlikely event a course is cancelled by CTL Business Group.
  2. 50% of the tuition will be forfeited in the event of withdrawal or cancelation by the student.
  3. Students may use paid-credits to transfer to other courses offered by CTL Business Group.
  4. Refund requests will not be accepted 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
  5. Refunds are not issued once classes have begun or for non-attendance.
  6. Any qualifying refunds will be processed within 2 weeks.
